VDC Call for Content Contest!!!

Ladies and gentlemen - the VDC MIMOBOT Series is near! You remember the crazy/sick/completely sweet designs of the Vimobot Design Contest, yes? If not then refresh your memory here and here!

In celebration of VDC, our first fan-designed MIMOBOT series, we’re delving deeper into your ever-creative talents with the new VDC Call for Content Contest!

We want YOU to send us your digital media creations, be they music, animations, video shorts, or flash games! We'll pick our favorites and immortalize them as content on the 6 MIMOBOT characters from the VDC MIMOBOT Series - Cosmobot, Golden Panda, Holybot, Mimoshroom, Yakuza, and Zombie Tiki God.

We can't wait to bring you what we feel is our strongest collaborative effort yet – a collaboration with all of you! So here's your chance to join VDC MIMOBOT Series artists bananafromcanada, eetteekers, The Ficklians, Gutluss Wonder, Lindsay Podd, and Shan Dur Rah with the VDC Call for Content Contest!

Submission is now OPEN, so get your work ready and send it to callforcontent@mimoco.com! Please read the contest details carefully before submitting your works. And be sure to tune into our forums and sign up for our newsletter for contest updates.

• Submission Period: August 19th 12:00am - September 15th 11:59pm
• ubmitted content must be formatted into one of the following file formats: .mp3, .wav, flash, quicktime
• All submissions must be submitted either directly or as a link to: callforcontent@mimoco.com. If your submission is over 4MB, please submit via a link to YouTube, Flickr, Revver, Yousendit, etc.
• By submitting content to Mimoco you agree that that the content is your own original work and that it does not violate or infringe in any way the rights of any third party, including copyright and trademark rights. You agree to hold Mimoco, its licensees and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses resulting from the use of the content.
• There is no guarantee that Mimoco will use your content. By submitting it, however, you grant Mimoco a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual and transferable license to use the content at our discretion. Mimoco shall have the right to use, display, transmit, or modify the content in any manner, including combining it with other content to create compilations. In the event that your content is selected, you agree to execute any additional documents that Mimoco may require within ten days of such request.
