This is such a cute flash drive, i got it from my mom for christmas, and i was so happy that i got it. i remember seeing it for sale with the protohoodie, but when it came in, i was disappointed that it didn't. if i were to keep it in my bag open and exposed, it would get lost in there and scratched up with time. i've read other reviews that complain about how they don't have a protohoodie and i'm one of them.

Although I got it as a present from my wonderful girlfriend, the only thing that stopped me from giving it a full 5 stars was the price tag. The 2Gb is twice as expensive as a SanDisk Cruzer from Best Buy.
Another, is that the website picture and the box DOES show a protoHoodie keychain which leads you to believe it comes with one- it doesn't. Like every single flash drive I've bought before, this should come standard especially for the price tag.
Now that the rant is out of the way, I am very pleased with its quality. As a flash drive, it works like any other flash drive. The cap is very secure and takes a good tug to get off. I'd rather have a super-tight cap than a lost one IMO. The paint job is exquisite, very fashionable and eye-catching. It's incredibly Asian-esque like KidRobot and Tokidoki. The drive does in fact stand up like the picture. The USB LED light is blue and has no problem fitting into and functioning with my 13-inch MacBook Pro. It comes with a preloaded folder with a ton of Hello Kitty icons, wallpapers (in many phone AND desktop sizes) and avatars.
Overall, I am very pleased with my Hello Kitty Mimobot. Way cooler than any SanDisk Cruzer or Kingston DataTraveler out there. Thank you, Breanna!

I am happy with the flash drive itself, however, in the picture of the box, which does say 4GB it shows the protoHoodie keychain coming WITH it. You would think that upgrading to an 8GB you would still get the protoHoodie.. there is NOTHING in the site that says the hoodie DOES NOT come with the upgraded version. I paid more but I got less. This was for my daughter for Christmas and I know the hoodie with it would have made it perfect because she does not like to carry a purse so she could have carried this on her keychain...Love the Hello Kitty, the flash is good but very disappointed that the actual ordered item is unclear!

hello kitty fun in the fields is gorgeous. of course i know it is a usb flashdrive...but just look at it. it is hello kitty artistry. it is beautiful. for those of us who like function, art and whimsy..this is it!
i would have liked more loaded goodies, but maybe you'll do that when you release the red apple design. i do wonder why that was not #1. but i am not complaining. fun in the fields is awesome.
