How can I set up a wholesale account?

Setting up an account with us is easy! The only requirement is that you operate a brick-and-mortar storefront business (anywhere in the world or beyond). In most regions you also need a tax ID number. If you are still in the founding or planning phase, just follow the same process. Remember that all fields are required (including credit card information… even if your store pays by bank wire, ACH or check, we require a valid credit card on file to set-up new accounts).

What’s going to happen next?

Now that you’ve completed and emailed the wholesale application to, your application will be reviewed within two business days. You may be requested to provide a copy of your business license or other information to further qualify your application. Or, we may give you a ring to chat and learn more about your business. Upon approval, you will receive a copy of the price list and further information about placing your first MIMOBOTorder.

How can my Company become an authorized Mimoco product distributor?

As a first step towards working together, please complete the distributor informational form and return it to us via email so we can start the process of setting up an account for you. Then we can provide you with additional purchasing information and an invitation to our online ordering system.

What’s going to happen next?

Now that you’ve completed and emailed the distributor application to, your application will be reviewed within 5 business days. You’ll probably be requested to provide references and other additional information to further qualify your application. We may give you a ring to chat or request a conference call via Skype to learn more about your business and answer your questions.

Custom Orders

If you don’t find what you’re looking for in our product collection, you may want to consider placing a custom order. Since we do all of our manufacturing in-house, we have tons of flexibility when it comes to custom orders. Your custom product can be based on one of our existing products, or we can design something specifically for you!

Mimoco has done custom MIMOBOT and other flash drive products for select corporations, including those in the music, entertainment, media, gaming, and consumer products industries. These satisfied clients appreciate the mix of artistry and technology in one handful of awesomeness that is MIMOBOT.

Beyond transporting your data in style, MIMOBOT doubles as a digital media delivery platform and always comes preloaded with removable, character-specific, entertainment content. This digital goodness makes the MIMOBOT even more special. Preloaded content has included everything from full-length movies, a music compilation, media kits, digital art books, to TV show clips, to next season’s new products. The sky is the limit when it comes to content and we love working with our clients to ensure that both the design and the preloaded content is not only compelling, but an effective means of promotion. Up to 100MB of content preloaded is included in any price quote you receive. At a minimum, we can load our baseline desktop personalization suite which includes wallpapers, icons, and avatars specific to the character design.

On average, expect project to take 6-12 weeks from the time your design is finalized.

With each custom order, you will receive a sample before we start full production. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with, and have approved, your sample.
